How to Cook Kenyan Cabbage – Step-by-Step

1. Prepare your vegetables

Finely slice the cabbage and rinse it. Chop your onions, tomatoes, and grate the carrot. Thinly shredded cabbage cooks faster and absorbs flavor better.
